- Fought to get Dalton Avenue Sewer project separated from Rockland Avenue project, as well as getting sewer project expedited once it was separated from Rockland Avenue
- Oversaw Weed Avenue/Manila Place sewer project and worked with DDC to ensure project was completed after original contractor went bankrupt
- Oversaw all issues pertaining to Mulberry Ave sewer project
- Fought to have DEP extend storm sewer line at Lincoln and Baden Place to alleviate flooding at this intersection
- Worked with DDC to expedite Isabella Avenue/Flint Street Sewer Project

- Installation of Seepage Basins on Adelaide Avenue and Amherst Avenue

- Successfully prompted DEP to implement and expedite Quintard Street Pumping Station and Sewer Project

- Successfully prompted DEP to add Hurlbert Street and Reid Avenue to South Beach Sewer Project
- Worked with DEP to eliminate creek at Reid and Laconia Avenues and pipe into sewer line to eliminate long standing flooding condition
- Successfully prompted DEP to implement and expedite installation of catch basins on Providence Street to alleviate long standing flooding condition
- Successfully prompted DEP to install sewer line on Parkinson Avenue to alleviate long term flooding problem in the area
- Worked with DEP to get undermined catch basins on Old Town road repaired
- Ponding Problem at the main entrance of CSI corrected. Water Main had broken and was repaired
